Welcome to the Plymouth Community Center playground request form. The K.U.B.E. indoor playground is open for school and community group field trips for groups of 15 or more. Please fill out the form below to request a reservation, which is required for all groups (reservations must be made at least a week in advance). 

Pricing

Per-person cost for field trips:

• $5 per Plymouth student/resident.
• $7 per non-Plymouth student/resident.

Cost to rent a party room:
Unless otherwise reserved, field trip groups may have access to a party room attached to the playground at an hourly rate of $50 resident/$65 non-resident (2 hour minimum) with a $100 damage deposit.

Rules

• Groups must maintain a ratio of 1 adult to 10 children.
• Food is only allowed if renting a party room along with your fieldtrip.
• Participants must wear socks or shoes while in the K.U.B.E.
